Seasons from Other Seeds
by Mevlut Ceylan
Striking original poetry, crossing borders intellectually and internationally.
In the furthest corners of the world,
they found me on top of a mountain,
chasing the moon and stars.
Striking original poetry from Mevlut Ceylan, diplomat, scholar, and translator.
Ceylan explores the arts of living and dying, humanity’s relation to nature, and religious awe in the age of modernity.
Written originally in both English and Turkish, these poems express Ceylan’s raw relation to finite human history within an infinite human experience.
